Kaizen Marketing Co ("Kaizen", "we", "us") helps financial advisors in Singapore get confirmed appointments. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website (kaizenmarketingsg.com) or submit our form, why we collect it, and the choices you have. 1. What we collect
When you complete our form, we collect:
- your name, WhatsApp number and company or agency name;
- your answers to our questions (what you want more of, your years in the industry, and whether our programme investment suits you);
- the date and time of your submission, and the page you submitted from.
When you visit this website, our advertising and analytics tools may automatically collect technical information such as your device and browser type, approximate location, pages viewed and whether you came from one of our ads. We do not ask for NRIC numbers, financial account numbers or client information.
2. Why we use it
- To contact you, mostly on WhatsApp, about your enquiry and to arrange your free consultation.
- To check whether our programme is a suitable fit for you.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people similar to those who enquire.
- To keep records, run our business and meet legal obligations.
By submitting the form, you consent to us using your details in these ways. We will only contact you about your enquiry and our services.
3. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel. It records page views and form submissions so that we can measure how our ads perform and show them to relevant audiences. Meta may use this data in line with its own privacy policy. 4. Who we share it with

Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer arrange a consultation for you. We will respond to requests within a reasonable time.
